The Cumberland Family would like to introduce Holly, who will be joining our staff as our Specialist Cake Designer! She is a long-time friend of the family, and we know you will be impressed with her talent. Here are a few words from Holly . . .

“I became interested in baking at a young age. My love was solidified in high school while taking foods classes and visiting a culinary school in Chicago. I knew that was what I was destined to do. I discovered a natural talent and an eye for creativity. I attended The Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago. I received a Le Cordon Bleu education in baking and patisserie. I loved every moment of culinary school. I learned many amazing techniques, but took the time to really perfect my skills for decorating. I’ve been working in the industry for 10 years. In that time, I have focused on specialty cakes and cupcakes for all occasions. Birthdays, showers, gender reveals and weddings. I feel I’ve had success in my career because of my love for desserts and attention to detail. Come in and I’d be happy to show you how I can take your event to the next level. “
